Delete your account and data

Most people use Scroll The Geeta without an account, in which case nothing about you is stored on our servers — uninstalling the app removes everything.

If you created an account (email sign-in)

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account, email address, synced bookmarks, notes and reading progress are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Your Premium subscription is managed by Google Play or the App Store and must be cancelled there separately.

By email: write to support@scrollthegeeta.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Scroll The Geeta account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your account, email, synced bookmarks, notes, reading progress and preferences. Kept: anonymised purchase records required for accounting and the Gaushala ledger (these contain no name or email), for as long as the law requires.
